Ingredients

-1 1/5 oz. Yu No

-2/3 oz. lime juice

-½ oz raspberry syrup

-Fee Foam or 1 egg white 

Process

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients. Shake vigorously and pour in a martini glass. sprinkle with raspberry syrup or powdered raspberry.
