Whisky Sour

Ingredients

-2 oz Bastille 1789 Whisky  

-¾ oz Lemon juice

-½ oz Simple Syrup 

-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters 

-Fee Foam or 1 egg white 


Process

In a shaker with ice, add whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and Fee Foam/ egg white. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with lemon.

Serves 1
