The KiKi Sour

Ingredients

-1 oz Dartigalongue Organic Armagnac 

-1 oz Kiki Vendéen Épines Noires (red)

- 0.5 oz Lemon juice

- 0.5 oz Simple syrup

- 1 egg white

Process

  • In a shaker, add all ingredients with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass and add a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
