Solaris

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Delord Blanche Armagnac

  • 1 oz Mahon gin  

  • 1 tsp Rum Fire

  • .75 oz Sesame Orgeat 

  • .75 oz lemon juice 

  • 1 dash of Bittermen’s Orange Cream Citrate

  • Garnish: Dehydrated lemon wheel


Process

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, strain into glass. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.
