Ingredients

-2 oz Yu Gin or Yu No

-3 ½ oz grapefruit juice

-Salt 

-Optional- dried fruit

Process

Wet the rim of the class and dip it in coarse salt. Fill the glass with ice, add gin and grapefruit juice. Stir and garnish with dried fruit slice.
