Mint Julep

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish

  • ¼ to ½ ounce Simple Syrup

  • 2 ounces Dartigalongue Un-Oaked Blanche Armagnac 

  • Crushed ice

Process

  • In a julep cup or glass, muddle mint leaves with ¼ ounce simple syrup. Add the Un-oaked Armagnac and fill the cup with crushed ice. Stir until chilled, add more syrup to taste and top up with more crushed ice. Garnish with more mint.
