Lemon Squeeze

Ingredients

-1 ½ oz Du Peyrat Organic Cognac

-1 oz Lemon juice

-Egg white 

-Rosemary 

Process

-In a shaker, add ice, cognac, lemon juice, egg white, and a sprig of rosemary. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary.
