Grapefruit Mojito
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Jules Theuriet Pamplemousse Liqueur
1 oz. White Rhum, Baie des Trésors
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Fresh mint leaves
Club soda
Lime wedge for garnish
Process
In a glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Fill the glass with ice and add Pamplemousse liqueur and rhum. Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge.
