Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Claque-Pépin Fine Calvados

½ oz. elderflower liqueur

¾ oz. lemon juice

½ oz. apple cider

Dash of cranberry bitters

Hibiscus flower

Process:

Add all ingredients to a shaker over ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a dried hibiscus flower or apple slice.
