Autumn Whisky Sour

Ingredients

-2 oz Single Malt Armorik Whisky 

-½ oz Lemon juice

-½ oz Maple Syrup

-2 oz Apple Cider 

-1 Egg White or Fee Foam

-Apple Slice and Spices for garnish 


Process

In a shaker with ice, add whisky, lemon juice, maple syrup, and Fee Foam/egg white. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with an apple slice and spices.
